Registration Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the BEATS Conference. Please review our cancellation policy:

60+ Day Cancellation: If you cancel your registration by March 5th, you will receive a full refund.

30-60 Day Cancellation: Cancellations made after March 5th and by April 4th will receive a 50% refund.

Less than 30 Days: No Refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after April 4th.

Substitute Attendees: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional charge. Please contact us at info@beatsconference.com with the details of the substitution. Please note, the transfer must be for the same registration category – Education Directors/Association or Speakers/Educators.

Cancellation by the BEATS Alliance
In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund.

Refund Processing
Cancellations must be received in writing to be processed. Please allow up to two weeks from your cancellation request to receive your refund by mail.
